BERDE 5-Stars Certified

The Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) is actively working to promote sustainability in the construction industry through a comprehensive tools. This holistic approach addresses sustainability across the built environment.  At the core of this initiative is the Philippine Green Building Certification Program (PHILCERT).

The PHILGBC continuously updates and improves its tools to ensure that they align seamlessly with current building and environmental laws, regulations, as well as mandatory standards. This process also incorporates the latest sustainable technologies and practices, keeping it up to date with industry advancements.

Projects that seek certification under PHILCERT have the opportunity to register and undergo the formal assessment and certification process to achieve certification under each of our tools. This assessment allows projects to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability through a credible and unbiased process. The PHILGBC administers a variety of tools geared towards different aspects of sustainability, allowing projects to demonstrate their commitment to green building, net zero, and health and well-being priorities.

Your participation in PHILCERT plays a vital role in advancing sustainability within the Philippine construction industry,  driving us closer to a more environmentally conscious and responsible future.
